The restaurant pairs shared food and drinks with two private dining rooms, offering groups a choice between the main dining area and a separate room.
Fast Fine Restaurant Group, founded by Benjamin Calleja and Christian Lagerlöf, operates V, according to That’s So Tampa’s October 6 report. The report also credits chef Stefano Ciotti with a menu collaboration and says the group opened in Nashville in May 2025 and Charleston in spring 2026.
Inside V Modern Italian
V’s description of the Tampa dining room pairs walnut, marble and velvet with murals by PichiAvo. A sculptural olive tree and granite bar are focal points. The venue also lists an open kitchen and dining area, with intimate seating.
What’s on the Tampa fall menu
The Tampa fall menu moves from shared antipasti to pasta, then meat or fish. The online listing does not show prices. Its antipasti tower combines marinara meatballs, focaccia tartufata and burrata al limoncello. Pasta choices include black truffle pipette with 72-hour short rib and portobello, lobster ravioli with pomodoro and salsa verde, ricotta manicotti, cacio e pepe and vodka rosa.
Steaks include 28-day dry-aged USDA Prime filet and ribeye. The trio for three adds Wagyu, with sides and sauces chosen separately. Dessert ranges from cannoli filled to order and tiramisu to lemon sorbetto served in a lemon shell.
Cocktails for the table
A martini tower serves twelve drinks, with espresso or dirty martinis to choose from; the six-drink carousel offers either Going Coastal or Fior di Basilico. Going Coastal combines tequila, Italicus, hibiscus-passionfruit, lime and a mezcal mist. Fior di Basilico uses vodka, St-Germain, limoncello, lemon, basil and soda. The zero-proof Garden Party combines coconut water, lime, rosemary mint and soda.
Published closing times are 11 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and Sunday, midnight Thursday, and 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday. The site does not list kitchen hours. For kitchen hours or private-dining inquiries, contact the Tampa restaurant at (813) 414-9065.
