Reggae Sound Splash Fest brings The Wailers featuring Julian Junior Marvin, Third World, Inner Circle and Ska-Talites to The BayCare Sound, the outdoor amphitheater in Clearwater's Coachman Park, on Sunday, November 15, 2026. The show starts at 4 p.m., according to the City of Clearwater event page, and Ruth Eckerd Hall lists doors at 3 p.m.
The lineup
- The Wailers featuring Julian Junior Marvin. Junior Marvin played lead guitar on Bob Marley & The Wailers albums from 1977 and now leads his own Wailers lineup.
- Third World. A reggae band that mixes in R&B, funk and rock, with nine Grammy nominations, per Ruth Eckerd Hall.
- Inner Circle. The Grammy-winning Jamaican band behind "Bad Boys" and "Sweat (A La La La La Long)."
- Ska-Talites. The Skatalites, Jamaican ska pioneers formed in 1964.
Reggae Sound Splash Fest tickets
Tickets start at $25, with Elevated Sound upgrades for $125. The official seller is Ruth Eckerd Hall, which runs ticketing for The BayCare Sound. Resale sites list higher prices, so check the official page first.
In person, the Raymond James Central Ticket Office at Ruth Eckerd Hall, 1111 N. McMullen Booth Road, is open Tuesday to Thursday noon to 6 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday noon to 6 p.m. The phone number is (727) 791-7400. The window at The BayCare Sound opens two hours before showtime, around 2 p.m.
Venue rules
- Clear bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches or a small clutch only, plus diaper bags and medical bags. Everything is searched.
- No chairs. Blankets up to 30 x 60 inches are allowed.
- Rain or shine, and no umbrellas.
- The venue is cashless, with a cash-to-card machine at The Library entrance.
- No re-entry, and your phone is your ticket.
Getting there
The BayCare Sound is at 255 Drew St. in downtown Clearwater. Ruth Eckerd Hall points to public parking around downtown and the city's Downtown Parking Map, and recommends rideshare, carpooling, the ferry or the trolley. The event hotline is 727-712-2718.
A 4 p.m. start on a Sunday means the music runs into the evening by the water, so bring a layer for after sunset.
